Day 30: Massages & Dinner Hopping

Day 30: Massages & Dinner Hopping

 Wednesday, September 25th

Up early! No more wasting daylight. We start our morning by snagging a coffee from Porch. We go on a nice long walk. We grab breakfast from Milk & Mandu. We got pancakes and an egg muffin sandwich. Both were great, and everything is inexpensive here.

We walk home and get a good lift in, as well as record some content. The gym is small, but beautiful & clean, which the dumbbells and TRX bands are more than enough!

We have massages scheduled for 1pm. They were amazing. We got them in our room. It was hilarious, because they only had 1 massage table, so Christopher got his in the bed.

After our massages, we took a dip in the pool and order a snack. Christopher got some “chicken nuggets” and I got another side salad. (Still not sick, knock on wood).

We go to a place called Jade for dinner. We got there right as it opened. It’s EMPTY. We have the whole restaurant to ourselves. It was beautiful inside though. It was such a neat vibe.

Next stop: Bella. We get the best house bread ever and wine. We weren’t really in the mood for Mediterranean food, but it was busy and a great atmosphere.

Next stop: nüde

40k burger night! That’s $2.64 for a burger and a side. It was nothing special, but it was cheap and helped fill Christopher up! There was also live music, and the guy sounded great.

Last stop was a little Mexican place right next to home. It looked clean and nice. Christopher ordered a chicken quesadilla and spit it out. It was hilarious, but he didn’t want to chance getting sick.

Finally we come home and get into bed. What an incredible day of random adventures and relaxation. My highlight was definitely the massage. It was hilarious when she massaged Christopher’s feet and he jumped and said he was so ticklish. I asked Christopher his highlight and he said, “definitely not dinner” HAHA he said his highlight was when the massage therapist tickled his feet. We were all cracking up in the room.
